2. Warehouse Fulfillment & Transit Time:
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched from our US East Coast warehouse (Port Reading, NJ) or US West Coast warehouse (Fontana, CA) based on destination proximity and available stock. Once fulfilled, typical transit time is 3 to 5 business days via FedEx Ground.
3. Regional Exclusions:
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore US territories are excluded from the free shipping offer; standard calculated carrier rates will apply at checkout.

Part 2:MIGIPAWS GLOBAL
B2B WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: September 2026
Migipaws Global is operated by Nanjing Migipaws Pet Products Co., Ltd. and provides B2B wholesale products and related services to pet retailers, independent pet stores, wholesalers, distributors, importers, resellers, and other approved business customers.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through the Migipaws Global B2B platform.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Returns & Warranty Policy, and any applicable quotation, order confirmation, purchase order, or written commercial agreement.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after they have been accepted by Migipaws and any applicable payment or credit requirements have been satisfied.
Depending on the order and customer arrangement, orders may require:
- payment in full before fulfillment;
- an approved purchase order;
- an approved credit account;
- confirmation of product availability;
- confirmation of shipping information;
- confirmation of the applicable shipping terms; or
- other information reasonably required to fulfill the order.
For B2B orders, submitting an order through the website does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order becomes accepted in accordance with our Terms of Service and the applicable order confirmation or commercial documentation.
2. FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS
Migipaws may fulfill orders from different locations depending on the customer's market, product availability, inventory position, and commercial arrangement.
Fulfillment may be provided from:
- United States warehouses or third-party logistics (“3PL”) facilities;
- European warehouses or 3PL facilities;
- Japan warehouses or 3PL facilities;
- our manufacturing or export facilities in China; or
- other fulfillment locations designated by Migipaws.
The fulfillment location does not necessarily determine the seller or contracting party.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the seller of products purchased through the Migipaws Global store is:
Nanjing Migipaws Pet Products Co., Ltd.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Migipaws may offer shipping to selected countries and regions.
Available shipping destinations depend on:
- product availability;
- inventory location;
- shipping carrier availability;
- battery or dangerous-goods transportation requirements;
- customs restrictions;
- import regulations;
- product compliance requirements;
- customer location; and
- the applicable commercial arrangement.
Certain products or shipping methods may not be available to every country or destination.
For B2B customers requiring delivery to multiple locations, separate shipping arrangements may be established for each Company Location or order.
4. B2B WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Migipaws primarily provides shipping services for business customers.
Wholesale orders may be shipped:
- by parcel;
- by courier;
- by pallet;
- by LTL or other freight service;
- by air freight;
- by ocean freight;
- through a 3PL;
- through a customer's nominated freight forwarder; or
- through another commercially agreed transportation method.
The shipping method will depend on the order quantity, destination, product type, warehouse location, delivery requirements, and applicable commercial terms.
For larger wholesale orders, customers may be required to provide a receiving address, warehouse information, delivery appointment requirements, freight account information, or other logistics instructions.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges are separate from product prices.
Shipping charges may depend on:
- destination;
- order quantity;
- carton count;
- shipment weight and dimensions;
- delivery method;
- freight carrier;
- warehouse location;
- fuel or carrier surcharges;
- residential or commercial delivery requirements;
- customs clearance;
- special handling requirements; and
- other applicable transportation charges.
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where available or provided through a quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or other commercial documentation.
For large wholesale or international orders, freight charges may be quoted separately.
6. SHIPPING TERMS AND INCOTERMS®
For international B2B transactions, the applicable allocation of transportation costs, customs responsibilities, duties, taxes, and risk may be determined by the agreed Incoterms® rule.
Where applicable, the relevant Incoterms® rule will be stated in the quotation, order confirmation, commercial invoice, or other applicable transaction document.
Examples may include:
- EXW;
- FCA;
- FOB;
- CIF;
- DAP; or
- DDP,
depending on the transaction.
If an applicable written commercial agreement specifies different shipping terms, that agreement will control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, this Shipping Policy does not establish a universal shipping or risk-transfer rule for every transaction.
7. ESTIMATED PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
For standard in-stock wholesale orders, processing may generally take approximately:
1–5 business days
before shipment.
However, processing times may be longer for:
- large wholesale orders;
- orders requiring special preparation;
- mixed-SKU orders;
- customized packaging;
- private-label products;
- ODM/OEM orders;
- pre-orders;
- products awaiting replenishment; or
- orders requiring additional compliance or shipping documentation.
Estimated transit times depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances.
For large or customized orders, the applicable production and delivery schedule will be stated separately in the quotation or order confirmation.
8. PRODUCTION AND CUSTOM ORDERS
For ODM, OEM, private-label, customized packaging, or other made-to-order products, shipping dates depend on the agreed production schedule.
Production lead times may begin only after all required information and approvals have been received, including where applicable:
- artwork;
- specifications;
- purchase order;
- deposit or payment;
- tooling approval;
- pre-production sample approval;
- packaging approval; and
- other required documentation.
Any estimated production schedule will be stated in the applicable quotation or written order confirmation.
9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Migipaws may fulfill an order in multiple shipments where commercially reasonable.
For example, an order may be split because:
- products are stored in different warehouses;
- some products are temporarily out of stock;
- products have different production schedules;
- products require different shipping methods; or
- the customer requests partial shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed, additional shipping charges resulting from customer-requested split shipments may be charged separately.
10. TRACKING INFORMATION
Where tracking is available, Migipaws or the applicable logistics provider may provide tracking information after shipment.
Depending on the shipping method, tracking information may include:
- carrier tracking number;
- freight reference number;
- bill of lading (“B/L”);
- airway bill (“AWB”);
- delivery confirmation; or
- other shipment reference information.
For large freight shipments, the customer may receive shipping documents separately.
Tracking information may not become active immediately after shipment and may require time to be updated by the carrier.
11. CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including where applicable:
- legal business name;
- recipient name;
- shipping address;
- billing address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- postal code;
- receiving hours;
- warehouse information;
- delivery instructions; and
- customs information.
Migipaws is not responsible for delays, additional transportation charges, failed delivery, storage charges, or other costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If an order has not yet shipped, customers should contact Migipaws as soon as possible if shipping information needs to be changed.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
12. CUSTOMER-NOMINATED FREIGHT FORWARDERS
B2B customers may request shipment through their own nominated freight forwarder where commercially agreed.
Where a customer nominates a freight forwarder:
- the customer is responsible for providing accurate forwarding instructions;
- the customer is responsible for ensuring that the nominated forwarder is properly authorized;
- applicable pickup, freight, customs, and destination arrangements will follow the agreed commercial terms; and
- risk of loss will be determined by the applicable Incoterms® rule or written agreement.
Migipaws may require written confirmation of the customer's freight instructions before releasing goods.
13. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for customs clearance and import requirements depending on the applicable shipping terms.
These responsibilities may include:
- import declarations;
- customs clearance;
- import duties;
- tariffs;
- VAT or GST;
- brokerage charges;
- customs inspection charges;
- local taxes;
- import licenses;
- product registration;
- local labeling requirements; and
- other destination-country requirements.
Migipaws may provide commercially available product and compliance documentation reasonably maintained by the Company.
However, customers are responsible for determining whether the products can legally be imported, distributed, marketed, and sold in their destination market unless Migipaws has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
14. BATTERY AND SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Certain Migipaws products contain rechargeable lithium batteries.
Depending on the product, shipment method, destination, and applicable transportation regulations, additional documentation or transportation requirements may apply.
Migipaws may provide applicable transportation or product documentation, which may include:
- UN38.3 test documentation;
- Safety Data Sheet (“SDS/MSDS”);
- battery specifications;
- product specifications; or
- other applicable shipping documentation.
Shipping methods for products containing lithium batteries may be restricted by certain carriers, countries, transportation routes, or service levels.
Migipaws may modify or restrict available shipping methods where necessary to comply with transportation or safety requirements.
15. CUSTOMS DELAYS
International shipments may be delayed by:
- customs inspections;
- incomplete import documentation;
- import restrictions;
- duties or taxes;
- government authorities;
- carrier delays;
- port congestion;
- weather;
- transportation disruptions; or
- other circumstances beyond Migipaws' reasonable control.
Customs delays are outside Migipaws' control and are not included in standard estimated transit times.
16. DELIVERY DELAYS
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Migipaws is not responsible for delays caused by:
- carriers;
- customs authorities;
- ports;
- airports;
- weather;
- government actions;
- strikes or labor disputes;
- transportation disruptions;
- supply-chain disruptions;
- force majeure events; or
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a material shipping delay, we may provide updated information to the customer where reasonably practicable.
17. DELIVERY DAMAGE
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
If cartons or products appear visibly damaged, the customer should:
- photograph the damaged packaging before opening where possible;
- photograph the products and shipping labels;
- note the damage with the carrier where applicable; and
- contact Migipaws as soon as reasonably possible.
For wholesale shipments, claims relating to visible shipping damage should generally be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery, together with reasonable supporting evidence.
Damage claims remain subject to the applicable shipping terms, carrier procedures, insurance arrangements, and our Returns & Warranty Policy.
18. SHORTAGES OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a customer receives:
- fewer products than ordered;
- incorrect SKUs;
- incorrect quantities;
- incorrect packaging; or
- other apparent fulfillment discrepancies,
the customer should notify Migipaws within 7 calendar days after delivery.
The customer may be asked to provide:
- photographs;
- carton labels;
- packing lists;
- purchase order information;
- product quantities;
- shipping documents; and
- other reasonable evidence.
Migipaws will review the claim and determine the appropriate commercial resolution in accordance with the applicable order and policies.
19. FAILED DELIVERY AND STORAGE
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of customer-related circumstances, including:
- incorrect address;
- refusal of delivery;
- failure to provide customs information;
- failure to pay applicable duties or taxes;
- failure to arrange delivery;
- failure to collect the shipment; or
- failure to provide required receiving information,
the customer may be responsible for resulting:
- return freight;
- storage charges;
- customs charges;
- redelivery charges;
- disposal charges; or
- other reasonable costs,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. LOCAL 3PL FULFILLMENT
For customers receiving products from a local warehouse or third-party logistics provider, the 3PL may handle:
- inventory storage;
- picking and packing;
- shipping;
- tracking;
- delivery confirmation;
- returns handling; and
- related logistics services.
The 3PL acts as a logistics service provider and does not become the seller of the products merely because it fulfills an order on behalf of Migipaws.
The applicable seller and contracting party remains:
Nanjing Migipaws Pet Products Co., Ltd.
unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
21. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE COMPANY LOCATIONS
Approved B2B customers may maintain multiple Company Locations through the Migipaws Global B2B platform.
Different Company Locations may have different:
- shipping addresses;
- billing addresses;
- contacts;
- pricing;
- payment terms;
- shipping methods; and
- fulfillment arrangements.
Shipping terms applicable to each order will be determined by the order and the relevant Company Location.
22. FREIGHT QUOTATIONS
For large wholesale orders, international freight, pallet shipments, container shipments, or other non-standard transportation, Migipaws may provide a separate freight quotation.
Freight quotations may be subject to:
- carrier availability;
- fuel surcharges;
- destination charges;
- customs requirements;
- shipment dimensions;
- final weight;
- port charges;
- exchange-rate changes; and
- other transportation conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a freight quotation is valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
23. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Where applicable, shipment insurance may be arranged according to the applicable shipping terms, carrier arrangement, or written agreement.
Insurance coverage, if any, may be subject to the terms, exclusions, and claim procedures of the applicable insurer or carrier.
Customers should promptly notify Migipaws of any loss or damage where a claim may be available.
24. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss or damage to products will transfer in accordance with the applicable:
- Incoterms® rule;
- quotation;
- order confirmation;
- commercial invoice;
- supply agreement; or
- other written commercial terms.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy changes the risk allocation expressly agreed for a particular transaction.
25. FORCE MAJEURE
Migipaws will not be responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- fire;
- flood;
- epidemic or pandemic;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- government action;
